JUDGEMENT BY COLOGNE HIGHER REGIONAL COURT IN THE CASE MEYER VS. SCHUCHT ON 12.04.2018 ENTERS INTO FORCE

In the court case Andreas Meyer vs. Attorney Karl Schucht, the judgement by the Cologne Higher Regional Court on 12.4.2018 entered into force in May.

The subject of the case is already being referred to in the media as a collusion scandal between Grünenthal and the Contergan Foundation.
