TWO MINOR INTERPELLATIONS BY THE PARLIAMENTARY GROUP DIE LINKE (LEFT PARTY) ON 4.4.2013 CONCERNING THE PROCEEDINGS WITHIN THE CONTERGAN FOUNDATION (PRINTED PAPER 17/12998 AND PRINTED PAPER 17/12999).

With two Minor Interpellations dated 4.4.2013, the Parliamentary Group Die Linke requested clarification from the Federal Government concerning the proceedings within the Contergan Foundation.

The first of the two Minor Interpellations (Printed Paper 17/12998) makes reference to the reply from Andreas Meyer dated 8.3.2013 and the letter from Attorney Karl Schucht, a member of the Management Board for the 11th period of office, dated 22.2.2013 concerning the public hearing on 1.2.2013.

On 11.09.2013, Attorney Karl Schucht stated that his letter dated 22.02.2013 was a personal statement from his side.

For the lawsuit Andreas Meyer ./. RA Karl Schucht it is mainly the first of the two Minor Interpellations and the corresponding replies by the Federal Government that are important.
